Fee Schedule
Our 2025-2026 standard fee schedule includes:
60 minute appointment - $250.00
45 minute appointment - $200.00
Appointment costs include 15 minutes of in-direct support for case notes, reviewing progress, and preparing any necessary home practice summaries.
Additional in-direct supports will be charged at $200/hr. This includes, communication with stakeholders, assessment analysis and scoring, clinical notes, report writing, therapy planning (e.g. individualised resource development and home exercise programs), multidisciplinary team meetings, and investigation of assistive technologies.
FUNDING OPTIONS
NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a federal government initiative that provides funding for people up to 65 years with a lifelong disability. Network Speech Pathology provides services to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. If you have an NDIS package or are starting your journey with NDIS and require support, please do not hesitate to contact us.
For services we provide to NDIS participants, our prices are reduced to reflect the current capped model set by the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits at $193.99 per hour.

SUPPORT AT HOME (AGED CARE)
This is a new government funding initiative that will replace the Home Care Packages (HCP) Program and Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Programme for our aged care clients over 65 years. At Network Speech Pathology, we work closely with many aged care providers to offer speech pathology services nation wide.

Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA)
If you are a veteran cardholder, your General Practitioner may refer you to Speech Pathology. This enables you to receive up to 12 sessions per treatment cycle. Once a treatment cycle has ended, you can receive a new referral from your GP if further treatment is required.

Private Health Funds
Many Private Health funds provide coverage for treatment from registered Speech Pathologists, generally included under 'extras' or 'ancillary' cover options. Funds do vary so please check your inclusions to ensure that you are eligible for rebates. The amount that will be paid varies from fund to fund, and for the type of service claimed. You will need to contact your health fund directly to determine the rebates you will receive.

Medicare - Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)
Also known as an Enhanced Primary Care Plan, Chronic Disease Management Plans are provided through consultation with your General Practitioner. CDMs provide Medicare rebates for many Allied Health services, including Speech Pathology.
If you have a chronic condition that is being managed with your GP, you may be eligible for up to 5 rebates for Allied Health services per calendar year. A chronic condition is defined as a medical condition that has been or will be, with you for 6 months or longer.
As of 2024, if a client sees a speech pathologist under a CDM plan, they may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $58.30 per session for up to five sessions per calendar year. The client will need to pay the full fee upfront, and then claim their medicare rebate through the Medicare Express Plus app or the MyGov website.

MOTOR ACCIDENT INSURANCE
Network Speech Pathology works closely with motor accident insurance providers to support clients who have sustained a disability from an accident. Examples of state-based schemes include:
